  • How do I access Interacta and what are the available authentication methods?

    You can access Interacta via mobile app (iOS and Android) or via web app, using browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. Access is supported with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, dedicated Interacta credentials or, for authorized users, also via SPID (Public Digital Identity System).
  • Can I access offline?

    Yes, it is possible to write and consult content offline. Data synchronizes upon reconnection. This mode can be activated via the administration panel.

Analysis and Monitoring

  • Does Interacta provide analytics tools?

    Yes, the platform includes dashboards and reporting tools and can be integrated with BI tools.

Customer approach and support

  • Do you only sell the platform or do you also offer post-go-live support?

    Our approach includes onboarding, training, consulting and ongoing support. Our Customer Success team will continue to support you after the release. We offer assistance channels and evolutionary support to boost the use of the platform over time.

    Yes, with the integrated Workflow Designer you can create customized processes without writing code. It is possible to define statuses, rules, assignments and approval steps, for example for documents and requests, all directly from the interface
  • Can I attach files from other systems?

    In addition to directly uploaded files, you can attach links from Google Drive, OneDrive or other cloud sources, keeping all documents tracked and accessible.
  • Can I see the editing history of a document?

    Yes, each document maintains a history of previous versions, indicating who made the changes and when.

Integration and Compatibility

  • Can Interacta be integrated with other softwares?

    Yes, thanks to a REST API it can connect to HR systems, CRMs, ERPs and other document-management systems.
  • Is it necessary to have a company profile?

    No, Interacta also supports external users, as long as they are authorized by the company. However, integration with company profiles allows for a smoother experience.

Licensing and platform management

  • How does the licensing system work?

    Interacta has two license levels: basic users and advanced users. For more details, contact the sales team or your account.

    Yes. Interacta is a cloud-native SaaS platform that uses encryption, secure authentication, backup and continuous monitoring. It is GDPR compliant and relies on European data centers. Interacta also relies on infrastructures compliant with the ISO/IEC 27001 standards for information security.
  • Does Interacta support multi-factor authentication (MFA)?

    Yes, Interacta supports two-factor authentication (2FA) to ensure greater security upon access. The second factor consists of a 6-digit code sent via email to the user, that the user will have to type after the password when logging onto the platform.
