The problem
The world of cooperatives has very specific rules, times and needs. Cooperativa Facchini Portabagagli was interested in a digital solution to monitor the management of its numerous services, quickly trace important information and maintain a constant dialogue with customers. All fundamental aspects to improve the productivity and operability of people in the field . And this is where Interacta came into play.
The solution
Interacta was chosen as the ideal solution to manage activities and communication on CFP construction sites. The goal was to make everyone collaborate better and increase productivity. The solution was initially launched on two pilot construction sites . If the project worked, it would be replicated for all other orders. And so it was.

Having the knowledge and documents they need, when they need them, is a great advantage compared to having to search for them from scratch.

The relationship with customers is more relaxed and the cooperative has made huge steps forward, adopting a more sustainable approach to work, from multiple points of view.

The solution was in fact designed not to add additional cognitive loads to fieldworkers who often do not have time to learn a new tool. Matteo Zanfi, Sector Manager at CFP, says:
"At the beginning there was a bit of concern. We know that changing people's habits is never easy. What actually happened was incredible: Interacta was perceived as familiar and from this a sort of natural engagement of the people in CFP was born."

One of the ideas put into practice is to use Interacta as a tool to manage the tracking of the delivery of personal protective equipment (PPE) to all end users of the construction sites where CFP works , through digital signature. This innovative system, Matteo Zanfi explains, certainly represents a point of future development of this important innovation project.
Thanks to the functionality of the post status transition, CFP can monitor and have a complete view of all activities. Another much appreciated feature is the ability to create custom reports through the dashboard and analytics section.
