Accessibility Statement
Dinova Srl is committed to making its application accessible, in accordance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004.
This accessibility statement applies to the "Interacta iOS App."
Status of Compliance
This app partially complies with the requirements of Annex A of the UNI EN 301549 standard, due to the non-compliance and/or exemptions listed below.
Inaccessible Content
The content listed below is not accessible due to non-compliance with Law No. 4/2004. In order to create this accessibility statement, we have taken into account the WCAG 2.1 standards.
Test results show that some users may encounter difficulties using some pages or features of this application, as they are only partially accessible.
The following are the non-compliances and the success criteria violated:
1.1.1 Non-text content: some images in the app lack alternative text or have alternative text that is inconsistent with the message conveyed by the image.
1.3.1 Information and correlations: In some cases, information, structure, or correlations conveyed by the presentation cannot be programmatically determined or are not available through text.
1.4.1 Use of color: some information, such as when an element is selected, is conveyed solely through the use of color.
1.4.3 Contrast (minimum): The minimum contrast between foreground text and background is not always sufficient, such as pink text on a white background.
1.4.11 Contrast in non-text content: the visual representation of information needed to identify interactive interface components and their states and graphical elements does not always have the minimum required contrast ratio.
2.4.6 Headings and Labels: some labels associated with interactive elements are not implemented consistently or are absent.
3.3.2 Labels or Instructions: some fields do not provide labels or instructions when the content requires user input.
4.1.2 Name, Role, Value: the role of some elements has not been implemented consistently at the semantic level. Furthermore, the state of some elements is also not interpreted correctly by assistive technologies.
4.1.3 Status Messages: in some cases, status messages do not have a role or ownership, so they can be presented to users using assistive technologies without receiving focus.
