Working, communicating, learning, accessing knowledge and processes: all of this must be possible for everyone, wherever they are. Accessibility is not an add-on, but a guiding principle in designing our user experience, and is an integral part of our AI-first and human-centered approach.
We have launched a multi-level process:
- An Accessibility Plan: to identify critical areas and set priorities, with a view to continuous improvement.
- Optimizing digital tools: we are working to make all interfaces, on desktop and mobile, fully accessible according to WCAG guidelines.
- Accessibility by design: Every new feature is designed and developed with native accessibility criteria, ensuring seamless and inclusive use from the very beginning.
- Internal inclusion: we promote initiatives aimed at employees and collaborators to make their work tools accessible, with a view to widespread well-being.
We know that accessibility is a journey, not a destination. But as a Human-AI Workplace, we want to be part of the change, building a work environment that truly gives everyone the opportunity to participate, contribute, and feel part of something bigger.
